But if, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, please notify me via email within 48 hours after you've received your jewelry. I accept returns for a full refund (excluding shipping cost and fees related to the transaction) of unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of purchase.

Return shipping has to be paid for by you. I cannot be responsible if an item is lost when shipped uninsured or damaged.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact me immediately so that we can arrange replacement of your order. I reserve the right to inspect the item to determine the cause of the damage and will not be able to take responsibility for "careless use" of an item. Claims submitted later than 2 days of receipt of an order will not be replaced - please make sure you contact me immediately after receipt of merchandise.

To ensure the longest life for your bracelet, proper care is essential. Please take your jewelry off for showering, exercising and other activities where it may get sweaty or wet.
